It is located on the left bank of a seasonal monsoon rivulet called Budki Nadi, about 6 kilometers east of the city of Ropar in Punjab.
Kiratpur Sahib, established in 1627 by the sixth Sikh Guru, Guru Hargobind ji, near river Sutlej, Ropar District, Punjab, India.
