Dambudzo Marechera (born Charles William Dambudzo Marechera, June 4, 1952, Rusape, Southern Rhodesia – August 18, 1987, Harare) was a Zimbabwean novelist and poet.
Ian Kuziva Gorowa (born 16 November 1971 in Rusape) is a former Zimbabwean footballer, formerly managing South African Premier Soccer League side Moroka Swallows.
Nyagumbo was born in Makoni near Rusape, and had his primary education at St Faith Anglican Mission and St Augustine's Penhalonga.
