Parbatram (Pankaj Jha) is a postman who belongs to a lower caste and lives in a joint family with his wife Ishwari (Sai Deodhar) and her daughter Kashi (Jannat Zubeen Rahman).
Sai is also busy in shooting of an unnamed film to be produced by her husband Shakti Anand.
He married his co-star in the serial "Saara Akaash", Sai Deodhar, in 2005.
