Kanto Tsukuba Bank

While the bank has a majority of its branches in Ibaraki Prefecture, it operates several branches outside the prefecture, notable in Tokyo, Chiba, Tochigi, and Saitama Prefectures.

Petri Camera

Now out of the camera business, Petri Kōgyō manufactures telescopes at a plant in the town of Sugito, Saitama Prefecture.


Atarashiki-mura

It was originally founded in 1918 in Hyūga, in the mountains of Miyazaki Prefecture in Kyūshū, but in 1939 they were warned that much of their land was about to be submerged by the construction of a dam, so they searched for a new home and found 10 hectares in Moroyama-machi, Iruma-gun, Saitama Prefecture.

Higashi-Mukōjima Station

The station is served by the Tobu Skytree Line from Asakusa Station in Tokyo to Tōbu-Dōbutsu-Kōen in Saitama Prefecture.

The most famous example is the wolf kami of Mitsumine Shrine in the town of Chichibu in Saitama Prefecture.

Kan'ei-ji

What is today the temple's main hall was taken from Kita-in in Kawagoe (Saitama Prefecture) and transferred to the site of a former Kan'ei-ji subtemple.

Kensuke Kazama

Kazama later moved to Sayama (Saitama), where in 2010 he was working more with photograms, mounting both food specimens and potato crisps lightly edited to resemble faces in a specially constructed negative carrier and enlarging from this.

Rin Ogawa

Born in Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture, Ogawa appeared in a good number of films and V-Cinema (direct-to-video) releases, notably starring in the 2012 Yūji Tajiri's erotic drama film 5 Seconds Before Kiss.
