Carolyn Julia Owlett (born 8 March 1984 in Chertsey, Surrey), is a British model, actress, presenter, and was a singer/songwriter with R&B group The 411.

In 1950 her father Lionel Heald was elected as member of parliament for Chertsey, subsequently serving for two years as Attorney General in Winston Churchill's final administration.
Hughes subsequently returned to England, bought the Fancourt estate at Chertsey, Surrey, and died there on 1 January 1887 after a long illness.
