Buss was originally drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 35th round of the 2006 MLB Draft out of San Diego Mesa College but did not sign and was later drafted by the Dodgers in the 8th round of the 2008 MLB Draft out of the University of Southern California.
It serves as the campus library (employing the Library of Congress Classification system) and offers study areas and computer labs.
