Jalalizadeh was advisor to Iran's interior minister and also a representative of Sanandaj in Iran's 6th parliament.
Parsua (earlier Parsuash, Parsumash) was an ancient land located near Lake Urmia between Zamua (formerly: Lullubi) and Ellipi, in central Zagros to the southwest of Sanandaj, northwestern Iran.

It's a rather popular male name in the Kurdish speaking cities of Iran, such as Sanandaj, Marivan, Mahabad, etc.
