The Sangguniang Kabataan Open University is an open online learning platform based in the Philippines, that aims to make learning materials and courses available to Sangguniang Kabataan officers.
While Congress is bicameral, all local legislatures are unicameral: the ARMM Regional Legislative Assembly, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (Provincial Boards), Sangguniang Panlungsod (City Councils), Sangguniang Bayan (Municipal Councils), Sangguniang Barangay (Barangay Councils) and the Sangguniang Kabataan (Youth Councils).
Composed of 18 members, with 16 councilors elected from Zamboanga City's two legislative districts and two members composed of the President of the Liga ng mga Barangay ng Lungsod ng Zamboanga (English: League of Barangays of the City of Zamboanga) and the President of the Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan (English: Federation of Youth Councils).
The ex officio members are the Association of Liga ng mga Barangay ng Dasmariñas (English: League of Barangays of Dasmariñas) President, who is currently, Antonio L. Ferrer, and the Sangguniang Kabataan (English: Youth Council) Federation President, who is currently, Jerome M. Menguito.
