The Ministère AMER (Action, Musique Et Rap) is a French hip hop group from Sarcelles, consisting of the rappers Passi and Stomy Bugsy (both of whom are also major solo artists in the French hip hop scene), DJ Ghetch, and the producer/manager Kenzy.
In 1971, two schools were opened in two suburbs of Paris, Créteil and Sarcelles which now have some 1,000 students.
The association was made up of artists mainly coming from Val-d'Oise region (Garges-lès-Gonesse, Sarcelles and Villiers-le-Bel).
There are believed to be some 20,000, mainly concentrated in the northern French suburbs of Sarcelles, where several thousands Chaldean Catholics live, and also in Gonesse and Villiers-le-Bel.
Michaël Boumendil (born in Sarcelles France on 25 April 1971), is the creator of the audio identities and sound design for brands such as Alstom, Baccarat, Chanel, Europ Assistance, Fnac, France Telecom, Jacques Vabre, Michelin, PSA Peugeot Citroën, SNCF, Société Générale, Samsung and others.
