Fujisawa's junior career began with a championship at the 2008 Pacific Junior Curling Championships over China's Sun Yue.

On the World Curling Tour, Fujisawa has played in three Grand Slam events: the 2011 Manitoba Lotteries Women's Curling Classic (1-3), the 2013 Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic (3-3) and the 2013 Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Women's Classic (0-3).
