In 1991, he was co-founder of the first commercial internet service provider in Norway, Oslonett, which later, being acquired by Schibsted, became Schibsted Nett (SN), and Scandinavia Online (Sol).
Schibsted are the main tenants, gathering Swedish subsidiaries Aftonbladet and the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet, Blocket.se, Hitta.se and Tasteline into the building.

20 Min Holding's majority stockholder is Schibsted, a Norwegian communication group that was founded in 1839, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, and has a strong presence in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, Finland, France, and Spain, where it is the owner of both paid and free newspapers, television stations, radio stations, multimedia, etc.
