The patronage lasted to the end of Schubert's life, and Spaun hosted the very last Schubertiade on January 28, 1828.
He has appeared at the Munich Opera Festival, the aforementioned Klavierfestival, the Schubertiade in Schwarzenberg, Austria, and at the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival.
The concerts held in Italy, the Summer Festival of Verona, Cremona and Switzerland to Schubertiade Festival of Freiburg and in Switzerland, have all had a great success.
