The wing performed cradle-to-grave management of air dominance weapon system programs, including the AIM-120 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile (AMRAAM), AIM-9X Follow-on Sidewinder, High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Targeting System, Miniature Air Launched Decoy, and aerial target systems.
Among other new features, the game also introduced two new Power-Ups: Mega Ball and Eight Ball; an easy-to-play Kid-Mode; and a euro-techno soundtrack by SideWinder, accompanying the addition of an integrated module player.
The Sidewinder was Colorado's first looping coaster, and arrived from Magic Springs and Crystal Falls park in 1990.
In 2007, he appeared on the documentary television series "Wrestling Reality" which featured many Canadian independent wrestlers including “Wildman” Gary Williams, Sidewinder, Marisa, Titus and Krysta Lynn Scott.

As the infrared-guided Sidewinder would be of limited use against aircraft or missiles approaching head-on, they were forced to use the AIM-7 Sparrow instead.
A few of the other rockets and missiles developed or tested at China Lake have included the Mighty Mouse, Zuni, Sidewinder, Shrike, Joint Stand-Off Weapon (JSOW) and Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM).
The solid fuel booster engine essentially came from a Sidewinder missile.
