The Sidewinder was Colorado's first looping coaster, and arrived from Magic Springs and Crystal Falls park in 1990.
It is a 1.8-mile (2.9-km) branch with four stations that provides light rail access to numerous venues, including the Auraria Campus, Invesco Field at Mile High, Pepsi Center, Elitch Gardens, Union Station and Coors Field.

Jurgens held residencies at the Casino Ballroom on Catalina Island, the Elitch Gardens in Denver, the Aragon Ballroom and the Trianon Ballroom in Chicago, and other popular swing venues.
