The Alidosi or Alodosi are a family of Romagna, Italy, who held the signoria of the city of Imola during the Late Middle Ages.
With the prosperity of the Renaissance, the republican city states ("Communi") of Italy came to be increasingly dominated by powerful families ("Signorie").
The Visconti had become the rulers of Bologna after the decline of the Signoria of the Pepoli family, but were rather unpopular in the city.
