Alvarado went on to release a solo album in 2008 titled "My Lightyear" on Black Sun Empire Recordings, and is currently working under the alias Alvin Risk, signed to Skrillex's OWSLA record label.
Skrillex's track "Bangarang", which features the beat of moombahcore and numerous other styles, is a well-known track of this genre.

The EP includes remixes of three of the band's songs by DJs Skrillex, Jeff Bhasker and Tyler Johnson and the "flatline" version of "Heartbeat Slowing Down" from their fourth studio album Kids in the Street.
Some of the artists that have played the venue are Willie Nelson, Smashing Pumpkins, Rob Zombie, Skrillex, Modest Mouse, Alice in Chains, and Zedd.
Musicians and producers featured on the album include: Ben Weinman from The Dillinger Escape Plan, Skrillex, L’Amour La Morgue, KC Blitz, Utah Saints and Shawn "Clown" Crahan from Slipknot.
