Smith's lyricism on "Just Cruisin'" was very influenced by Smif-n-Wessun, including their debut 1995 album; Dah Shinin'.
He has produced and worked with artists, including Jahdan Blakkamoore, Sizzla, Midnite, Bajah + Dry Eye Crew, and reggae artists Pressure Buss Pipe, Lutan Fyah, Yami Bolo, Natty King, Norrisman, Khari Kill, Marlon Asher, Abijah and worked with hip hop artists, including David Banner, M1 of Dead Prez and Steele of Smif-n-Wessun.
The duo unofficially returned with their original name, Smif-n-Wessun, a name which they were forced to change after a lawsuit with the Smith & Wesson firearms company in 1995.
