David P. Campbell

For this accomplishment, he was awarded the E.K. Strong, Jr Gold Medal for excellence in psychological testing research, an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the University of Colorado in 1998, and the 2001 Distinguished Professional Contributions Award from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

James C. Sharf

In 2006, he was awarded the M. Scott Myers Award for Applied Research in the Workplace by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) for developing the valid, legally defensible employment tests used by the Transportation Security Administration to hire fifty-thousand airport security screeners nationwide in 2002.


John E. Hunter

Hunter received the Distinguished Scientific Award for Contributions to Applied Psychology (joint with Frank L. Schmidt), and the Distinguished Scientific Contributions Award from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) (also joint with Schmidt).
