After releasing their first EP in June 2004 entitled 91025, the band signed on with Solid State Records and released their first full length album in November, I Am Hollywood, which was followed by almost two years of extensive touring in the United States and Europe, the band temporarily relocated to California to record their next release.

Since Brandan has joined Norma Jean, they have released five records; O God, the Aftermath released in 2005, Redeemer in 2006, The Anti Mother, which was released on August 5, 2008 through Solid State Records, Meridional released July 12, 2010 through Razor & Tie, and Wrongdoers on August 6th 2013.
In April 2012 the band announced they'd enter the studio with producer Shane Frisby (Bury Your Dead, The Ghost Inside, Corpus Christi) from May 21-June 18 to record their fifth full length album for Solid State Records.
Their first, and only full-length record for Solid State Records entitled 'Waking Giants', was produced by Garth Richardson, and released on March 6, 2007.
Upon signing a contract to Solid State Records in 2007, Robert asked full-time medical student and drummer of the band Braveheart, Joe Lengson, to join the band to play bass.
