The Constituent assembly of the party was held between the 7'th and the 13'th of September 1908 in Solun.
It was created on May 4, 1910 by members of Secret Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organization's (SMARO) Solun, Strumica and Ser revolutionary regions, excluding the supporters of Yane Sandanski.
In January 1913, after the Greek occupation of South Macedonia during the war, he was arrested by Greek authorities as unreliable person and lied 14 months in the prison Eddie Kulle in Solun (Thessaloniki).
