He was the producer of Activision's Ghostbusters, the game Hacker, the Atari and Commodore 64 versions of Pitfall II and Shanghai (the first commercial version of Brodie Lockard's Mahjong solitaire), and he designed and produced the first commercial version of computer solitaire (Solitaire Royale, published by Spectrum Holobyte).
The game was designed by Drew Pictures and distributed by Spectrum Holobyte, with Peter Stone of Xorcist creating the soundtrack as well as all sound design.
He worked at Interplay Productions, Maxis, and Spectrum Holobyte, doing game design, playtesting, and writing manuals for such computer games as Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, SimCity 2000, and Flight of the Intruder to name but a few.
Wordtris, stylized as WORDTЯIS, is a Tetris offshoot designed by Alexey Pajitnov and published by Spectrum Holobyte in 1991 for the IBM PC platform.
