Irene Karine Dalby (born 31 May 1971 in Stange, Hedmark) is a former international swimmer from Norway, who competed in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
He was born in Stange as a son of railway foreman Reinhart Hedemann (1854-1937).

Grossi toured with Quiet Riot in 2005 and 2006 throughout America, Europe, South America and Asia and contributed songwriting on the songs "Free" and "Stange Daze" for the 2006 Rehab (Quiet Riot album) and joined in for the album's 2007 tour, which included feature slots at the 2007 Sweden Rock Festival as well as the first annual Rocklahoma Festival.
