In Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi an A-Wing pilot crashed into the bridge of a Super Star Destroyer causing it critical damage.
It first appeared onscreen in the 1997 Special Edition of Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, but was first mentioned in Timothy Zahn's 1991 novel Heir to the Empire.
