In 1995 and 1996, Steve Millen Motorsports (Stillen), co-developed a number of limited production Nissan 300zx Twin Turbo vehicles with Nissan North America that were sold throughout the United States and Canada through designated Nissan dealerships.
Millen has also been active in designing and engineering race cars for hill climbing, notably the Pikes Peak and Race to the Sky hillclimb in Queenstown, New Zealand.

He is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild as a stunt driver, which provided the healthcare he needed when he had his career ending crash.

Leitzinger shared the 1999 United States Road Racing Championship (USRRC) championship with teammate Elliott Forbes-Robinson and won the famed Rolex 24 at Daytona: twice with Dyson Racing (1997 & 1999), and once in a Nissan 300ZX (1994) co-driven with Scott Pruett, Steve Millen and Paul Gentilozzi.
