According to another popular legend in Hindu mythology, after slaying the evil demon Narkasur, Lord Krishna visited his sister Subhadra who gave him a warm welcome with sweets and flowers.
It is the only shrine in India, where goddess, Subhadra, sister of Lord Krishna is worshipped along with her brothers, Lord Jagannatha and Lord Balabhadra.
As such, Arjuna leaps at the chance to marry Abhimanyu to Virata's daughter, Uttara.

In the temple hall, there are three teak-wood altars which house the deities of Lord Krishna with His consort Radharani and Their assisting friends Lalita and Vishaka, Lord Chaitanya with Lord Nityananda and Lord Jagannath, Baladeva and Subhadra.
