The 2012 Libertarian National Convention, held May 2-6, 2012 in Summerlin, Nevada, saw a two-day election of officers and members-at-large of the Libertarian National Committee officers leading to the defeat of most of the incumbents who were seen as being part of a "top-down faction".
In addition to the main church campus (which is actually located in Henderson, NV), Central Christian Church operates campuses in the Summerlin, Southwest, and Northeast areas of Las Vegas, as well as an online church community for those who are unable to physically attend church on Sunday.
Summerlin is currently home to more than 150 neighborhood and village parks, more than 150 completed miles of the Summerlin Trail System, nine golf courses – including Nevada’s only two Tournament Players Club courses, TPC at Summerlin and TPC Las Vegas, more than a dozen houses of worship, shopping centers, medical and cultural facilities, business parks and 26 public and private schools.
In 2002, CCR took control of the Regent Casino in Summerlin and, after remodeling, rebranded it as Rampart Casino.
