Eventually, the Aboitiz Transport System was formed by, first, the break up of WG&A SuperFerry into SuperFerry and Carlos A. Gothong Lines and then the merging of SuperFerry with Cebu Ferries and SuperCat fast ferries to form the Aboitiz Transport System.
