He was an All American performer at Jackson Central-Merry High School in Jackson, as named by BlueChip Illustrated, Max Emfinger, SuperPrep and Tom Lemming.
He was a member of SuperPrep Magazine’s southwest top 100 and was listed as one of the top 100 players in the state by the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, The Dallas Morning News, Fort Worth Star-Telegram, and Houston Chronicle.
He was named an All-American wide receiver by SuperPrep, as well as an All-Northwest Section choice by the Ventura County Star and a first-team All-Tri-Valley League selection as a senior in 2007.
Harvey was a high school first-team All-America selection by Parade magazine, Tom Lemming, EA Sports, Riddell and SuperPrep, and a second-team All-America selection by USA Today.
Influenced by football coach Corky Rogers, he was a Class 4A All-State running back, and was a SuperPrep All-Dixie selection.
He was ranked as the No. 19 wide receiver in nation by SuperPrep as well as the No. 53 wide receiver in nation and the No. 21 player in Ohio by Rivals.com.
He was also named Class 5A All-State a second time and received All-American honors by USA Today and SuperPrep,.
Larsen earned SuperPrep All-Farwest honors and was named First-team All-State by The Arizona Republic as a senior at Highland High School in Gilbert, Arizona after recorded 124 tackles as a senior.
