She married director Türker İnanoğlu and they had a son İlker İnanoğlu who would go on to become a prominent child actor, appearing with Akın in the Yumurcak film series.
After her divorce from Türker İnanoğlu (who went on to marry Gülşen Bubikoğlu), she married former MİT director and diplomat Sönmez Köksal.
