The petition to organize another concourse and to cancel the current results was signed by several famous Ukrainian performers such as Taisia Povaliy, Ruslana Pysanka, Kostyantyn Meladze, and many others.
Perpetuum Music was founded in 2009 by Den Sokolov in Russia as a managing company for the series of events and a media projects, and as a partner of recording companies: "Nikitin" (Warner Music licensee in Russia and CIS) on the promotion of its artists and tracks, "MLYN" (Ukrainian managing company, well known as an official management for Taisia Povaliy), and "King Ring" (independent hip-hop label in Russia and CIS).
