Inspired by the drama that unfolded the famous musician Tansen composed a song in 'Raag Sarang' which had the lines "Elahi Parsee Padhe Sho Kabool" (i.e. By God the prayers of Parsees are accepted).
Rampur is 65 km north east from the headquarter city Tansen.
Tansen started his musical career from here before moving to Akbar's court.
