In 2006, Keisuke won the role of Kunimitsu Tezuka, the stoic captain of Seigaku Middle School's tennis club, as part of the third generation Seigaku cast, becoming the fourth actor to play Tezuka in The Prince of Tennis musicals, Tenimyu.

He reunited with Tenimyu castmates Kimeru, Sota Aoyama, and Naoya Gomoto to appear in the PV of Kimeru's single, TIMELESS, on 4 October 2006.
He also briefly portrayed Takashi Kawamura in Tenimyu, The Prince of Tennis musical series, in the More Than Limit: St. Rudolph Gakuen musical.
Anticipation rose for the single when Kimeru announced the PV for Timeless would feature some of his old castmates from Tenimyu: Sota Aoyama (Sadaharu Inui), Eiji Takigawa (Kunimitsu Tezuka), and Naoya Gomoto (Kaoru Kaidoh).
He released his first mini-album titled Spark in November after announcing his artist debut during the Summer Live tour with his good friend Yūta Furukawa (Sasaki and Furukawa also met during Tenimyu).
He is best known for his roles as Shusuke Fuji of the fourth generation Seigaku cast in The Prince of Tennis musical series, Tenimyu, and Kirikaze in Fuma no Kojiro, a TV drama.
