The band released their debut album Ajd' se zezamo (Let's Fool Around) in the spring of 1983, which was recorded in the Tetrapak studio in Split, with the former Miss Yugoslavia Ana Sasso on backing vocals.
The Academy's advisory board includes executives from US-based Intel, Procter and Gamble, Genentech, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Microsoft, Fidelity and Wyeth corporations, as well as Europe-based Shell, Roche, TetraPak and Orange, and Mexico-based Cemex.
He composed the song, with Marina Tucaković's lyrics, for the singer Maja Odžaklievska, however, since she failed to show up in Split studio Tetrapak for a booked recording session, Mandić was persuaded by producer Enco Lesić to record it himself.
