The Bamboozle, an annual three-day music festival held in New Jersey
Up until the launch of The Aquabats' television series The Aquabats! Super Show! solidified the band as a five-piece ensemble, Pollock continued to play with the group as an additional guitarist numerous times after his departure, primarily performing at southern Californian shows or large festival events such as the 2010 Bamboozle and the 2011 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
On April 23, vocalist Craig Mabbitt stated via Twitter, "off to vegas today to finish out last minute badass demos with monte, then off to bamboozle, then studio time", giving the notion that the band will begin recording their studio album directly after The Bamboozle, and release it mid/late Summer 2010.
It was recorded live on May 3, 2009, during the band's performance at the Bamboozle Festival.
Samuel Louis Gursky (born October 9, 1991) is a Brooklyn, NY Based freelance filmmaker and graduate of the School of Visual Arts for Film Production with a focus in Film Editing, he has done work for The Bamboozle Festival, producing The Gursky Project.

The band has most recently toured Europe with Carnifex and has been part of a number of 2011-12 festivals thus far including The Bonecrusher Fest, The Jamboree, New England Metal and Hardcore Festival, The Bamboozle, South by Southwest and 2011's The Summer Slaughter Tour.
