Ben Piazza

A prolific television and film character actor, Piazza is perhaps most widely recognized as the wealthy restaurant patron in The Blues Brothers from whom John Belushi offers to purchase his wife and daughter.

Bob Lassiter

At WPLP he ended each show by saying "Behave yourselves", and playing "Take It To the Limit" by The Eagles; at WLS, he signed off with, "Love you, Chicago"; in his final years at WFLA he closed by playing an extended version of The Blues Brothers' "Sweet Home Chicago" as he continued speaking or answering phones, then finally playing a tape of a caller saying "That's it?...We're done?...well, have a good night then."

Bonanza Bros.

Bonanza Bros. is a shooter, platform game where taking the role of one or both of the brothers, Robo (1P, red) and Mobo (2P, blue) (Mike and Spike in some PAL versions), who were modeled after The Blues Brothers.

Flip, Flop and Fly

Several artists have recorded their versions of "Flip, Flop and Fly," including Johnnie Ray (1955), Bill Haley and His Comets from the album Rock Around the Clock (1956), Downchild Blues Band (1973), The Blues Brothers from Briefcase Full of Blues (1978), Jerry Lee Lewis and Ellis Hall (1999), this version being used in the soundtrack of the animation movie Chicken Run.

Best of The Blues Brothers

Along with tracks from the first three albums, Briefcase Full of Blues, The Blues Brothers: Music from the Soundtrack and Made in America, it includes unreleased live versions of "Everybody Needs Somebody to Love", "Rubber Biscuit" and "Expressway to Your Heart."

Best of the Blues Brothers is the fourth and final Blues Brothers album released before John Belushi's death in 1982.

Connie McBooker

The title was obviously inspired by the 1980 movie The Blues Brothers, which starred Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi.

Larry Thurston

Murphy Dunne

While performing a regular set at the Armada Room in a Chicago area Holiday Inn, Jake and Elwood Blues again approached the band to reform the Blues Brothers band.

Dunne was given the role in The Blues Brothers after their original pianist, Paul Shaffer, could not accept the part due to contractual obligations with Saturday Night Live, as well as his choice to take part in Gilda Live instead, which turned out to be a flop.
