Brownstein also leads Electron (the first band to perform his rock opera, Chemical Warfare Brigade), an all star collaboration that includes Aron Magner (The Disco Biscuits) on keys, Tom Hamilton (Brothers Past, Tom Hamilton's American Babies) on guitar, and Joe Russo (The Benevento/Russo Duo, Tom Hamilton's American Babies, Furthur) on drums.
Will's partial discography includes producing, engineering, mixing, and mastering recordings for artists such as Circa Survive, None More Black, Anthony Green, Cold World (band), Blacklisted, Title Fight, The Wonder Years, The Disco Biscuits, King Sunny Adé, The Fray, Keane (band), Mother of Mercy, Balance and Composure, and Ms. Lauryn Hill among many others.
In March 2010, Magner and The Disco Biscuits performed a benefit concert at Brooklyn’s Brooklyn Bowl which generated the revenue needed to fund and install a $30,000 solar energy system at Greenfield Elementary, a public school located in Center City Philadelphia.
