The Fits were a punk rock band from Blackpool, Lancashire, England, who were active between 1979 and 1985, having several hits on the UK Indie Chart.
Many data formats, such as the FITS image file format, still use card images as basic building blocks -- even though punched cards are now mostly obsolete.
