Frances Raines is an American actress born July 17, 1962, who appeared in a number of horror and exploitation films throughout the 1980s (three of which were directed by Tim Kincaid), most notably Buddy Cooper's The Mutilator as Linda.
Code Red had been working on a DVD release of the film, but dropped the project when it was deemed that there was no 35mm print of the film available.
