In the 1970s, the cinema industry became interested in the house as a location, and a number of the Hammer House of Horror Productions were filmed there as well as The Executioner directed by Sam Wanamaker, and The Raging Moon (1971) by director Bryan Forbes.
"Long Ago Tomorrow" is a song written by Hal David and Burt Bacharach for the 1969 film The Raging Moon, and originally recorded by BJ Thomas in 1971.
The film received two Golden Globe nominations, for Best Foreign Film (English Language), and Best Song, "Long Ago Tomorrow".
