Justice's debut album, †, was nominated for a Grammy Award for "Best Electronic/Dance Album" and it was also nominated for the 2007 Shortlist Prize, but lost to The Reminder by Feist.
In a rare guest vocal appearance, Bøe sings on the track "How My Heart Behaves" on Feist's 2007 release, The Reminder.
"The Reminder" (April 2009) featured: "He will attend the public artist's reception Jasper Rand Art Museum proving that no exhibition is too small for his world-renowned work."
On September 24, 2007, the album won the Polaris Music Prize, after reaching the finals alongside such other albums as Neon Bible (Arcade Fire), Ashtray Rock (Joel Plaskett Emergency), Woke Myself Up (Julie Doiron), and The Reminder (Feist).
