Since 2008 the band have toured extensively, playing hundreds of shows, supporting bands that include The King Blues, The English Beat (The Beat UK), The Aggrolites, Gym Class Heroes, You Me at Six, Sublime with Rome, Reel Big Fish, Less Than Jake, The Slackers, Gogol Bordello and Bedouin Soundclash.

In October 2011 The Skints were main support to American alternative hip hop band Gym Class Heroes on their UK tour.

In December 2011 awareness of The Skints grew rapidly due to the release of the music video for their cover of Brit School Singer Katy B's Katy on a Mission.
On 12 December 2010 the band played a triple headline show along with The Creepshow and The Skints.
