In In the Sweet Pie and Pie, a 1941 comedy short starring The Three Stooges, Moe, Larry, and Curly marry the three socialites, Tiska, Taska, and Baska Jones.

Brazilian Military Junta of 1969

During the redemocratization process, the then president of the National Constituent Assembly (1987-1988), Ulysses GuimarĂ£es, a staunch opponent of the military regime, famously referred to the Military Junta of 1969 as The Three Stooges.

Darrell Waltrip Motorsports
