By comparison with modern studios the recording equipment was very basic; however, it still recorded for bands including The Vibrators, XTC, Stadium Dogs, Van Morrison, Alan Clayson and The New Seekers.
Jeffrey is mainly known for having organized over 300 concerts in Ottawa, including events for legendary punk bands such as The Kids, The Vibrators, Leatherface, Oi Polloi, The System, Despise You, and The Nils.
The album featured a cover of The Vibrators' "Baby Baby" (Belan's version entitled "Lezi, baby") and a cover of Bob Dylan's "Blowin' in the Wind" (Belan's version entitled "Odgovor u vjetru").
Bollox is also known for his involvement as a member of Riot Squad, U.K. Subs, Splodgenessabounds, The Visitors (who toured with Vice Squad and The Vibrators), and a handful of other local bands in Dallas, Texas, or the United Kingdom.
His career began as a trainee tape-op at CBS studios in 1975, soon progressed to in house engineer, working with many now classic new wave and punk acts including The Clash, The Jags, The Vibrators, XTC as well as many of CBS Records' pop acts, including Sailor.
