Sir Thomas Scawen (c.1650 – 22 September 1730) was a British MP and Governor of the Bank of England.

He was a director of the Bank of England from 1705 to 1719 and from 1723 to his death, was a Deputy Governor from 1719 to 1721 and Governor from 1721 to 1723.

He was a younger son of William Scawen of Horton, Buckinghamshire and the younger brother of William Scawen MP.
