The school has been known for its great musical and theatrical ability and has staged many productions, musicals and musical, from Hobson's Choice, My Fair Lady, West Side Story, and most recently in 2006 one of the first, if not the first, comprehensive school to perform the musical Thoroughly Modern Millie.
Past shows have included Thoroughly Modern Millie, A Chorus Line, 42nd Street, Annie, Damn Yankees, and Little Shop of Horrors.
Nominated as Best Leading Actress Top 25 for he performance as "Mrs. Meers" in Thoroughly Modern Millie.
From years 9-12 students from both schools are able to take part in the Senior Musical (such as 2008's Oliver! and 2010's Thoroughly Modern Millie).
(Ironically, Moore had been Andrews' co-star in the 1967 hit film, Thoroughly Modern Millie.) "The Julie Andrews Hour" was finally canceled by ABC after its 24th episode in April, 1973.

Wardell has appeared in productions of Catch Me If You Can, Rent, Evil Dead the Musical (Outer Critics Circle Award nomination), Assassins, Good Vibrations, Thoroughly Modern Millie and James Joyce's The Dead.
The revue continues the series' tradition of spoofing contemporary Broadway shows and personalities, including the shows Thoroughly Modern Millie, Hairspray, Wicked, Avenue Q, Cabaret, Fiddler on the Roof, La Cage aux Folles, and Bombay Dreams, and personalities Christina Applegate, Robert Goulet, Cherry Jones, and Kathleen Turner.
Notable productions of the past include: The Grapes of Wrath (play), Parfumerie (play), The Actor's Nightmare (play), The Wizard Of Oz, Seussical (musical), Thoroughly Modern Millie as well as a number of student-written and director-written/adapted plays.
RHS produces musicals in the spring time: in 2004, Damn Yankees, in 2005, Guys and Dolls, in 2006, Fiddler on the Roof, in 2007, The Boy Friend, in 2008 Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, in 2009, Little Women, and in 2010, Thoroughly Modern Millie.
He has also been a part of productions of Grease, Dirty Dancing, Anything Goes, Kiss Me, Kate, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Follies, Mame and the original Boy From Oz.
