The DVD continues the collection that began with the bands first two VHS releases, Danzig (1989) and Lucifuge: The Video (1991), and chronicles the band's video singles from their third album Danzig III: How the Gods Kill (1992), their first EP Thrall-Demonsweatlive (1993), and their fourth album Danzig 4 (1994).

Danzig discography

In May 1993, the band released the Thrall: Demonsweatlive EP, which contained several live tracks from the band's 1992 Halloween show, as well as three new studio tracks.

Hughes/Thrall

Hughes and Thrall did team up again in 1987 to record a track for the Tom Hanks-Dan Aykroyd comedy Dragnet.

Two songs, "You Were Always There" and "Devil in You", from the abandoned follow-up album were included on Hughes’ 1994 solo album From Now On...; although both were new recordings that did not feature Thrall’s playing.

It was released as a single and a promotional video was shot, which received heavy rotation on MTV.

The song was heavily altered for the Unitarian hymnal, which was also licensed to the hymnal of the Unity Church: "All Hail the Power of Truth to Save from Error's Binding Thrall."
