Having appeared briefly in Repo Man and Sid and Nancy, Sandoval has also played the major roles of Treviranus (in Death and the Compass) and Bennie Reyes (in Three Businessmen) for director Alex Cox.
The author/producer was Tod Davies, with whom Cox also collaborated on the scripts of Backtrack/Catchfire (Dennis Hopper, 1989) and Keith Moon was here (unproduced screenplay for Roger Daltrey, 2001).
Davies's screenplay credits include Three Businessmen, in which she also appears briefly as an actress; and as a co-writer for the screenplay of the adaptation of Hunter S. Thompson's novel Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Besides shooting his own projects, Tregenza has also worked as a director of photography with other directors, including Alex Cox (on Three Businessmen) and Béla Tarr ( Werckmeister Harmonies.
