Thomas Allen "Tommy" Heath (born March 31, 1947) is the lead singer, rhythm guitarist, and occasional keyboardist of Tommy Tutone, a 1980s rock band most famous for their top 5 hit, "867-5309/Jenny."

In the early 1980s, he was a member of the one hit wonder band Tommy Tutone, and he plays the drums and sings back-up vocals on the band's hit, 867-5309/Jenny although he did not appear in the video.
That way there was no possibility that a fake number from a show would actually reach someone, thus avoiding the scenario which arose in 1982 with Tommy Tutone's hit song "867-5309/Jenny".
In March 2008, several residents in Wilmington, Delaware reported receiving telemarketing calls during the early morning hours, when the caller had apparently spoofed the Caller ID to evoke the 1982 Tommy Tutone song 867-5309/Jenny.
