Along with Mike Dawson, Tony Consiglio, and a few other cartoonists, Robinson is part of a loosely associated comics collective called The Ink Panthers.
Consiglio was born in Brooklyn and grew up in Queens, where he spent the first thirty-one years of his life.

In July 1989 the Canadian National team, consisting of Andra Sack, John Palitti, Alvin Brown, Heather Alonzo, Tony Consiglio, Kees Kukins, Don James (four times world Tae Kwon Do champion) and several others, entered the World Games held in Karlsruhe, Germany.
