The game simulated a journey of the Southern Belle steam passenger train from London Victoria to Brighton, while at the same time the player must comply with speed limits, not to go too fast on curves and keep to the schedule.


Minoru Mukaiya

He joined the jazz fusion band Casiopea in 1979 as keyboardist and remained in group until their hiatus in 2006, but due to now having his own musical production team, Mukaiya Club, as well as being producer of the train simulator game, Train Simulator and CEO of Japanese Videogame Developer company Ongakukan which develops said game, he is no longer a member of Casiopea, now replaced by keyboardist Kiyomi Otaka.

THSR 700T

A THSR 700T train simulator, known as Railfan: Taiwan High Speed Rail, was developed jointly by Taiwan-based company Actainment and Japanese company Ongakukan in 2007, based on the latter's Train Simulator series.
